Description
:
To
make the base for this card I have used white card stock and used
Spellbinders Labels-4 die. Edges are distressed with Tim Holtz
Destress Ink pad. Then got another layer using Spellbinders Fleur De
Elegance Die.
The
middle main image is the cut from one of the beautiful paper from
Romantique Garden Paper collection using spellbinders circle die. I
have used foam dots to create raised layers. I am totally in love
with this new die called Romantique Garden Die set and those heart
shaped vines are from those dies using green card stock and
distressed with Tim Holtz ink. Those pretty bleeding hearts flowers
created with one of the die from the same set using white cardstock
and Tim Holtz ink and glittered with white stickles. Also used foam
dots under each flower pates so it gives bit 3D effect. Since this is
Easel card we need to decorate inside little bit. So I have used
another piece of beautiful flowers from the same paper pad, it is one
of the journling spots. And used the sentiment from the same
collection. I have used flat back pearl trim and a decorative lace as
a stopper for the easel card.
And here is my card...
I had fun making this card using these so pretty and elegant designs. Now it is time to see what I did for below project.
Wrap it up beautifully!!
Make your valuable Gift more adorable.
Here is the tutorial of most requested flower which is a Vellum Sunflower. I tried to show all the details very closely. Hope it helps to make your flowers.

Description :
I will follow as per the pictures you are seeing as a photo step-by-step tutorial.
Basically this is the DIY wrapping your gift ideas. So if you have your wrapped gift box then lets decorate it.
As you are seeing I have used all of the Classic Sunflower Collection. I have yellow vellum paper here but you can use any color you want. For this special technique, you have to have Versa Mark or any clear ink pad or glue pad to use embossing powder. So we need to stamp the Classic Sunflower Precut set on our vellum and then spread the embossing powder.
I loved the white most but other colors looks pretty too. Then take off excess powder back to the bottle. Use your heat gun to melt the powder to emboss. Now we will need our magical die which is Classic Sunflower Die to get all our sunflowers and lady bugs and even small flowers to cut. When we get them cut we will need only sunflowers but you can use other pieces as well to decorate your project.
For this flower I didn't use any flower shaping tool but use my thumb and index figure to make the shape. As per shown in the picture we just need to fold these petals inside like in a cup shape. We need these cup shaped petals for center but keep couple of large petals as it is. Since I have used three different color embossing powders, I used green one in the bottom and then gold and white but you can so as per you want. Then for the center I have used some fiber crumbs in purple color then used glitter glue on that crumbs and before that glue dries I pour some seed beads.
For making leaves I have used same technique of embossing but it is not on vellum. I got one of the beautiful paper from the new collection called Romantique Garden which has a wonderful deep green paper. And created leaves using Open Leaf precut set and Classic leaf die.
Then using one of the paper from the Sunflower Collection I created center layers where I used one of the sentiment ticket from the same collection. I used spellbinders label twenty die.
For some more gorgeousness I got two die cuts using Raindrops and Roses Die.
Then on our plain gift box, firs I used a strip of burlap then stick two of the raindrops and roses die cuts. In the middle I have created two layers of label diecuts and then used sentiment ticket. On one side I have created the floral cluster using three large flowers and all small flowers as it is.
I really hope you all will love this project.
Have a happy wrapping!!
Love,
Archana
