Heartfelt Creations - Blazing Poppy Collection Release!!

Dear All,
Here is another great release from Heartfelt Creations.

I am so exited to share one of my favorite cards using the very new collection called Blazing Poppies.

"Has the humdrum of the daily grind sapped your energy and stunted your creative mojo?  Rejuvenate your creativity with the saturated colors and resplendent artwork of the Blazing Poppies Collection of stamps, dies and designer papers from Heartfelt Creations.  Escape to verdant fields where dancing poppies sway like ballerinas wearing dramatic hues of blush, coral, peach, scarlet and ebony.  Let this glorious canvas of flowing script, heirloom lace, ornate flourishes, flower laden arbors, bold stripes and soft neutral backgrounds enliven your senses and awaken your inner Van Gogh.  The Blazing Poppy stamp and die allows you to fashion bold, life-like poppies in every size and color.  You'll design museum worthy backgrounds, card focal, layouts and home décor with the sumptuous stamps and paper collection.  Create your own masterpiece, and spark your imagination with the amazing artistry and uncommon brilliance of Blazing Poppies."

I tried to make Himalayan Poppies using the flower stamp and cutting die from the collection. Himalayan poppies are blue with little touch of purple. I am so in love with this color.
You will see more traditional red poppies in my future posts. I hope you will love this card.

And created some beautiful flower spray on white card stock. I have color some blue on background using sponge dauber and used some due drops. To create a water drops on the flower and leaves I have used Tim Holtz Glossy Accent.

After looking at lots of red poppy cards seeing the blue one took me by surprise. I absolutely love it! The purple in the center of the flowers is just gorgeous. It doesn't look like there could ever be a flower like this. You did a superb job creating this card. I love it and will soon try my hand at using these colors. Thanks for sharing!
